Partners in Pregnancy Workshop
Pelvic Health | Pregnancy | Postpartum
This 3-class couples series is designed to support the pregnant person and their chosen birthing partner through education, movement, breathwork, and hands-on techniques that ease pregnancy discomfort and prepare both partners for labor and birth.
Led by Justine Sahota, OT, PCES, CYT, Pelvic Health Therapist, this workshop focuses on yoga, breathwork, and partner-assisted bodywork to foster connection, confidence, and embodied preparation for labor and delivery.

Series of 3 classes
$150 per couple for the full series
$50 per class (drop-in option)
Time: 9:30–10:30 AM

Group 1: 2/7, 2/14, 2/28
Group 2: 3/14, 3/21, 3/28
Class Titles & Focus
1. Pregnancy and Your Pelvic Floor: Education on pelvic health during pregnancy, breathing strategies, gentle yoga, and understanding how the pelvic floor supports pregnancy and birth.
2. Partner-Assisted Body Work: Hands-on bodywork techniques with your partner, combined with breathwork and relaxation practices to relieve common pregnancy discomforts.
3. Labor Prep with Birth Assist: Labor and delivery education, birth positions, partner support strategies, and yoga-based preparation to feel confident and supported going into birth.
