We will be processing goat at Lopez Land Farm.
This class will show you how we dispatch, harvest, plus full explanation and anatomy of the carcass.

+ 18yo (under must be accompanied by an adult)
+ RSVP is required
+ $30 per person, couples $50

* * We will NOT be breaking down carcass at this class
