Coffee & Chat with Bluegrass PACE Care

Join us to learn more about Bluegrass PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Care! For those 55 and older who have Medicaid and/or Medicare, PACE can help you live safely at home with:

Medical care and home support
Rides to appointments
Medications and equipment
Fun activities and social time

Drop in anytime between 10:00am and 12:00pm for coffee, cookies, and an opportunity to chat about the program with Emily Seger, PACE Outreach Coordinator!
