Bluegrass Showcase: Cheer Clinic

We at Building Lives Through Sports Network in conjunction with Unity Cheer, INC would like to invite you to the annual Bluegrass Showcase: Cheer Clinic.

The annual Bluegrass Showcase is the FIRST and ONLY multi-event camp in AMERICA! The CHEER CLINIC features not only a clinic, but also a campus tour of Kentucky State University and a What's Next After High School seminar. Participants will learn proper safety technique and develop a strong foundation. The clinic includes instructions on stunts, cheers & chants, jumps, and dance. Whether a novice intermediate or advanced cheerleader all skill levels are welcome.

THE CHEERLEADING CLINIC IS OPEN TO 2ND THROUGH 12TH GRADE STUDENTS!!

NO PARENTS/SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD!!

Registration (Check-In) Location: Exum Center (Kentucky State University)

Cheer Clinic Cost:

• Pre-registration: $20
• Week of Clinic: $40
• Walk-Up Registration: $50

• Kentucky State University campus tour

10:00am-1:30pm (EST): (Campus Tour Included)

Your Cheer Clinic Experience:

Before your athlete hits the field they will get a tour of Kentucky State University and head shot photo will be taken to use in their recruiting profile(s).

Kentucky State University Campus Tour (Check-in/Registration):

• 8:30am - 11:00am (EST)

Each participants will receive a wristband and camp shirt.

Cheer Clinic:

• Campers will participate in instructions on stunts, cheers & chants, jumps, and dance.

Cheer Clinic Tentative Schedule:

• 8:30am: Cheer Clinic Registration/Check-In (Exum Center)
• 10:00am: Kentucky State University Campus Tour
• 11:30am: Cheer Clinic Begins (Alumni Stadium)
• 1:30pm: Closing Remarks/Awards

What To Bring:

• Athletic wear (Black shorts, black sweats/leggings...etc)
• PPE (Optional)
• GYM SHOES ONLY!! (No sandals, crocs, flip flops...etc.)
