Through slow, intuitive movement and breath, we’ll uncoil the places where energy has been hiding — releasing emotion, tension, and memory back to the earth. Move with intention. Feel the magick in your muscles. Leave renewed, rooted, and radiant.

This is great for beginners and seasoned participants. The pace of this class is slow and deliberate. Connecting, mind, body and breath.


Bring a journal.

We have mats, blankets and cushions.

Tea and coffee provided post session.
