Hot Hatha with Bonnie
Hot Hatha Yoga is a 60-minute class held in a gently heated room (90–95°F). The practice begins with a warm-up flow to awaken the body, then moves into a series of postures held for longer periods to cultivate alignment, build strength, and enhance stability. Each class concludes with a five-minute savasana, leaving you grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
