Set in the peaceful surroundings of StarLine Ranch, this workshop aims to strengthen trust, communication, and connections among participants while honoring our community's mission and vision.
🐴 Workshop Highlights:
This enriching experience focuses on hands-on interactions with horses, with no riding experience required. Guests will enjoy hot chocolate and networking opportunities culminating in a shared pot-luck style meal and cozy bonfire (weather permitting).
Agenda:
 Introduction & Safety Overview: Learn about the goals of the workshop and guidelines for safe horse interactions.
 Rotating Activities (45 Minutes):
 Horse Painting: Unleash your creativity by decorating a horse with horse-safe paints in teams, fostering collaboration.
 Groundwork Exercises: Build rapport through groundwork activities that focus on silent cues and leading horses.
 Networking: Connect with fellow members around the bonfire (weather permitting).
 Cleanup & Gathering (15 Minutes): Freshen up before concluding.
 Feedback & Reflection (15 Minutes): Share your insights and experiences.
 Mindfulness Practice (15 Minutes): Wind down with a guided session for relaxation and integration.
🔥 Optional Communal Meal & Bonfire:
End the day with a joyful meal and a bonfire, providing more opportunities for connection (weather permitting).
