The Neptune Power Federation make their long awaited return to Brisbane after a period of deep introspection and advanced soothsaying. The band has been busy working on their 7th album and will need willing acolytes to assess the effects these new hymns have on human subjects. Will the bold new frequencies irrevocably damage listeners frontal lobes? Will social order break down and violence erupt in the streets? Or will there be unintended negative consequences?
