Astray's Art for Justice Gala

Attend this meaningful fundraiser dedicated to supporting the creation of a powerful new film which aims to address the injustices within the youth crime system. Although the film is still in the works, we are pleased to announce we will have an exclusive screening of the films trailer and a behind-the-scenes video on the night of the event.

‘Astray’ will follow Officer Daniel, who, after being assigned to an interrogation, has a change of heart to try and save a youth criminal from returning to a broken youth justice system. We hope that this story will resonate with a lot of people, interweaving diverse perspectives and unique creative expression to help bring the story to life, and draw attention to the pressing issue of youth crime systems, specifically within Australia.

The pieces will be showcased throughout the event and will be available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds going to the film and the rest going directly to the artists.
