2025 Vendor Sign-Up: SYA Homecoming Carnival & Game Day
Join us for one of the biggest events of the year! We’re excited to welcome vendors to our annual SYA Homecoming Carnival and Game Day.
Vendor Guidelines:
• Bring your own table and up to 2 chairs.
• Electricity will not be available.
• All booths must be set up at least 1 hour before the event begins.
• Music at booths must remain at a reasonable volume and cannot interfere with SYA entertainment. All music must be family-friendly.

Homecoming Game Day:
📅 Saturday, October 25, 2025
🏈 First Game: 9:00 AM
🏈 Last Game Ends: 9:00 PM
Vendor Pricing:
• 🎪 Carnival Night Only: $50 + raffle donation
• 🎪 Carnival + Game Day: $75 + raffle donation (donation collected on Carnival night)
(Non-food vendors only)
Food Truck Pricing:
• 🚚 Carnival Night Only: $75 + 1 raffle item donation
