Swamping Circle - Winter Solstice!

This ritual will be held with tenderness, compassion and tons of approval! Each woman will choose what serves her through movement, sound, and breath: you might stomp, sigh, shake, cry, whisper, or moan.

Consider this a chance to meet feelings that often get pushed down: grief, rage, longing, desire. The invitation is to let it be seen, allow the somatic release to flow out.

The ritual will have an arc, creating safety so your body can open. Opening circle, gradual arc of music for the release, coming back to rest and a closing circle for integration and witnessing.

Instead of hiding and staying small, we give ourselves permission to be whole, messy, human and alive!

not to fix...but to feel.

not to be perfect...but to be real.

Any woman ready to drop her mask and feel deeply, join us!

Think of it as emotional alchemy.

Event is donation-based.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring water in a closed container. You might want a journal for writing at the end.
