Make & Take: Beyond the Dubai Chocolate Bar

For ages 13 & up

Did you know Central Market has our own in-house Bean to Bar chocolate making program?

Spend some time with us learning all about the different kinds of chocolate, the best ways to use them, choose them, and store them. By the time the class is done you’ll have produced the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar, a batch of the chewiest chocolate brownies and a refreshing frozen white hot chocolate.

For ages 13 & up. Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
