Journey through the Chakras with breath & sound

Come join us for an enlightening experience at Trinity Park as we embark on a journey to explore the power of your chakras through breathwork and sound healing.

Reiki Master & Sound Healer Oz and Reiki Master & Breathwork Facilitator Jenn will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

This is a 7 part series, we will work on one energy center per session. Our first one will focus on the Root Chakra. 🔴 This is a FREE community offering by Oz and Jenn.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay comfortably on the ground, wear comfortable clothing, and bring some water to stay hydrated.
