iStroll - Family Saturday

Bring the whole crew!

iStroll Family Day is for everyone—partners, big kids, grandparents, and of course, your stroller riders! We’ll kick things off with a heart-pumping, family-friendly workout, followed by time to connect, play, and enjoy the morning together. Expect fun music, movement for all ages, and that special kind of family energy you only get when everyone’s involved.

What to Bring:
-Yoga mat or towel
-Set of weights
-Water, water, water!
