Cocoa and Caroling

We are getting ready for our annual Cocoa and Caroling event on Thursday, December 11th from 5pm – 7pm. This event is open to the families of current scholars and the community. Everyone one who is attending must get a wristband at one of the two check-in locations located on the map. Once you check in you can visit the ticket booth and purchase tickets that will be needed for the activities. There will be a petting zoo, ornament decorating, train rides, caroling from our scholars, photo booths, cocoa, popcorn, cookies, and MORE. All activities will require tickets. Each ticket is $.50, and the ticket booths will be accepting cash only. Each activity will have a certain number of tickets needed to participate. We will be preselling tickets for the event Monday December 1st – Thursday December 11th in the Primary and Secondary Offices. The tickets will be CASH ONLY please for the pre-sale and the night of the event. Thank you so much and we look forward to an incredible event that night.
