CMI’s Custodial Technician Workshop offers a unique hands-on and lecture-based educational experience intended for cleaning industry professionals & frontline workers. Learn the most efficient and current best practices of daily/routine, interim/periodic, and restorative/periodic cleaning procedures.
This course utilizes the CMI Certified Custodial Technician curriculum and is hosted by Sunbelt Rentals. To achieve a Certified Custodial Technician (C.C.T), you must attend an in-person training and be compliant with the following criteria:
Complete all components of the online Certified Custodial Technician Basic & Advanced certification courses.
Required performance-based measurements for workshop attendees.

Basic Cleaning of Hard Floor Surfaces
Basic Cleaning of Carpeted Floor Surfaces
Basic Cleaning of Restrooms and Shower Rooms
Advanced Cleaning of Hard Floor Surfaces
Advanced Cleaning of Carpeted Floor Surfaces
Advanced Cleaning of Above-Floor Surfaces
Attendees will receive course materials and information from supporting partners. We will follow all recommended pandemic guidelines for a safe learning environment.
