✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING – NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS The photo above is from The Lumen Room’s 2024 mood board to give you an idea of what this year’s setup may look like. A non-Christmas setup option will also be available, as the entire studio may not be fully decorated.
📸 SESSION DETAILS:
Length: 10–15 minutes (Back-to-back sessions only; no late arrivals or extensions)
Booking Option: Want more time? Book two back-to-back slots for 30 minutes.
Gallery Delivery: Online digital gallery within 2–3 weeks (or 48 hrs with $600 package)
Inclusions: High-res digital images (5, 10, or all, depending on package), with printing rights
Extras: Option to purchase additional digital files, books, cards, canvas, and other products
Pets Welcome! $30 per pet fee (please bring cleanup supplies + treats + your pet's fav toy)
🎁 MINI SESSION PACKAGES:
$300 – 5 edited images
$350 – 10 edited images
$450 – All final edited images
$600 – All final edited images + 10x10 photo book (20 pages) + 48-hour rush delivery
💳 BOOKING & POLICIES:
$50 Retainer: Required to reserve your time slot.
Remaining Balance: Due the day before your session.
Non-Refundable: Retainer and all payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Allowed, but may be to a different location and not guaranteed before Christmas.
Transfer Policy: If you cannot attend, you may resell your session at the original price. Resale arrangements are the responsibility of the original purchaser. The new attendee must check in under the original buyer’s name.

$25 per additional person.
