5th Street Cafe & Care Partner Support Group

Make plans to attend 5th Street Cafe' & Care Partner Support Group this Wednesday, April 16th at 11:00. Participants will enjoy fun activities including movement, arts & crafts and social interaction with others who are experiencing cognitive change.
Care partners have an opportunity to meet with others who are caring for a person with cognitive change. Sessions are facilitated by Dr. Michelle Kimzey, Assoc. Professor at TCU Harris College of Nursing and Health Science.
