Teachers and long-term practitioners are invited to this gathering in a dedicated space for deeper practice, connection, and reflection.
This series honors what has always been at the heart of Pranayoga: teachers practicing together, learning from one another, and returning to the joy of embodied wisdom.
Our first session begins with the foundation of our lineage—Vinyasa Krama, the art of moving step-by-step with care, intelligence, and presence.
What to Expect:
90-Minute Embodiment Practice
An immersive, soul-nourishing Sattva Vinyasa practice designed specifically for teachers.
Expect a gentle arc of:
steady, mindful warm-ups
breath-led transitions
thoughtful pathways into postures
space to feel, to slow down, and to listen
kriya, pranayama, and somatic pauses that reconnect you to your own practice
Return to your body, breath, heart, and the movement principles of yoga therapy.
30-Minute Teacher Reflection + Connection Circle
After practice, we’ll settle into a circle for shared reflection and quiet conversation.
