Self Love Class with Earthywitch

This will be a learning experience focused on cultivating a positive and accepting relationship with oneself. It aims to improve self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being by teaching techniques to foster self-compassion, healthy boundaries and self-care practices.

Participants learn to recognize their worth, challenge negative self-talk and develop a more resilient and loving mindset

Cost $30 per person
You only need to bring a notebook and pen if you'd like to take notes, otherwise just bring yourself
