Indianapolis acclaimed Chef Johnathan Brooks of Milktooth and Beholder is teaming up with our own Chef Sean Richardson to collaborate for a one-night-only tasting dinner on Wednesday, October 29. Both chefs have been James Beard Foundation semi-finalists in previous years and are hopeful contenders for the upcoming nomination season. This dinner will likely sell out.

First Course: bread and butternut squash agrodolce with pine nuts
Second Course: gnocchi with anchovies and cranberry beans
Third Course: twice-baked celeriac
Fourth Course: porchetta with bitter greens and smoked demi glace
Fifth Course: ice cream sundae
