Join us for a class designed for new and expectant parents who want to learn about responsive, attachment-focused sleep. We’ll cover everything from safe sleep setups and the science behind baby sleep to understanding attachment and how it impacts sleep.

This class will help you set realistic expectations, confidently follow your baby’s cues and your intuition, and navigate common sleep challenges. You'll be equipped to optimize sleep for the whole family from the very beginning!
