The full moon is a powerful time to pause, to tune in, and to release. As the moon reaches its fullest expression each month, we are invited to do the same - to pause, to reflect, and to let go - of old stories, accumulated tension, and limiting beliefs.
Join Adriana Platt at Discover Yoga for a nourishing evening designed to help you do just that. Starting with gentle, restorative movement, mindfully designed to start the process of unwinding, softening into guided meditation, before releasing to the main event, sound.
In a sound bath, nothing is asked of you. It is space for you to receive, and release as the intentional vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments move through the body. Inviting ease, softness, and a gentle shift into your parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system. (Like a deep, extended Shavasana, supported by pillows, blankets, and all the intentional prep you did to get there (movement, breath, meditation).
We’ll close with 30 minutes of community integration, enjoying warm tea, and journaling.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, and let this be your monthly pause to reset, release, and return to Self. 🙏🏼
