Equinox/Solar Eclipse Yoga and BUBBLES on the Farm

Eclipses are intense. In this workshop you will learn more about the specifics of this Eclipse, how it is likely to show up in your life and how best to work with it. You will be guided through a Kundalini Yoga practice designed to strengthen your nervous system, enabling it to better hold these shifts.

We will end by playing with giant BUBBLES with our friend Katie Jo. This will take place on the beautiful and peaceful land at Sunia Farm 200 ft southeast of the city. Exact address in registration confirmation.
