Join us for an enlightening 3-part journey into the Enneagram, a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth. The Enneagram is a tool that helps you understand the “why” behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
By exploring your type and patterns, you’ll gain insight into your motivations, discover what gets in your way, and learn how to grow into your best self.
In this 3-part series, we’ll use the Enneagram as both a leadership tool and a guide for self-study—looking at wings, stress and security numbers, and triads to deepen self-awareness and strengthen how you connect with others.
You’ll walk away with tools to:
• Recognize your default stress responses and learn healthier ways to navigate pressure.
• Identify blind spots in leadership and communication that may limit your impact.
• Improve teamwork by understanding what motivates others and how they make decisions.
• Strengthen personal relationships through greater empathy and emotional awareness.
• Break old behavior patterns and replace them with choices that align with your values.
• Lead with clarity by balancing confidence, compassion, and accountability.
Each session is a 1 hour discussion and designed to give you practical insights you can apply in daily life.
