We’re so excited to host our upcoming Career Readiness Workshop, a free, hands-on event designed to help individuals feel confident, prepared, and supported as they enter or re-enter the workforce. This workshop is all about removing barriers to employment and giving people real, practical tools they can use immediately.

Participants will hear a brief, approachable lecture covering employer expectations, professional communication, and salary basics, followed by interactive stations including mock interviews, resume support, LinkedIn and job-search help, access to a professional clothing closet, and a curated list of local hiring opportunities and workforce programs. Everyone will leave with practical materials, job resources, and any clothing or shoes they select to keep. Remaining items will be donated to Emerald Coast Dress for Success to continue supporting women in our community.
