☀️🏖️ Beach Workout for a Cause! 🏖️☀️
I’m so excited to announce that Fit4All will now be hosting a monthly bodyweight beach workout right here on our beautiful Emerald Coast! 🌊
These classes are designed for all fitness levels—no equipment needed, just bring yourself, some water, and get ready to move. 💪
✨ Best part? 100% of the proceeds will be donated to BreatheFL Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children with chronic respiratory illness and their families. Every rep, every drop of sweat, will go toward making a difference in our community. 💙
📅 When: Once a month - first class Saturday, Sept 13, 2025
📍 Where: Local beach access TBD
💵 Cost: $20 per person (all proceeds donated!)
