A Winter Night in France
Five Course Dinner with Wine Pairings
Winter is a time when French cooking really shines. Grassroots & Vine is hosting an evening built around crisp Champagne, slow braises, deep sauces, and the kind of pairings that make cold weather feel intentional. A Winter Night in France brings together five courses and five wines, each chosen for clarity of flavor and a sense of place.
The menu moves from delicate to rich, from bright to dark, and from the sparkle of Champagne to the warmth of a ten year Tawny Port. Each course is rooted in classic French technique with a winter focus.
