2025 Canning Basics!

As the weather changes and gardening season comes to a close, it is time to CAN! Grab a friend and come make your own Water Bath Salsa, a skill that will last forever!

This class will go through the dos and don’ts of water bath canning as you create your own jar of salsa to store and share with your people!

The class will be on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 9308 98a Ave. The class includes all the fresh ingredients needed to create your own blend of flavours and spice. All the equipment needed to can by water bath, included light snacks and refreshments, a personal favour bag and a ballet for the draw prize, worth $100!
