The City of Fort Smith and the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation are launching SkillStream, a local, employer-driven initiative to build a skilled workforce for Arkansas’s fast-growing energy industry.

At this free event, you’ll receive lunch from Fort Smith local hotspot Club House Kitchen, gain access to valuable resources, strategic partnerships, and funding opportunities. Your insights will directly shape the design of Fort Smith’s workforce training and hiring pipeline. RSVP by 7/14 to reserve a lunch.

Regardless of attendance, we will send a survey to collect employer-specific hiring, retention, and training needs.
