Healing Society Gathering: Autumn Release & Sound Bath
Sunday, October 12 | 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Creekmoore Park
Join us beneath the fall trees for a nurturing morning of reflection and sound.
🍁 Theme: Harvest & Release – Autumn invites us to celebrate the gifts of this year while gently letting go of what no longer serves us.
🌀 Flow: Guided seasonal reflection, a brief harvest-and-release practice, and a 45-minute immersive sound bath.
Bring a journal, a blanket or yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel cozy outdoors. Bring a chair if you don't want to sit on the ground.
This gathering is open to all. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter and renewed.
*This meeting is free, but donations will be graciously accepted to contribute for the space as well as growing the group and furthering the mission. Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or Paypal

What is Healing Society?
Healing Society is a space for anyone who wants to connect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and nurture their mind, body, and spirit. It’s for anyone curious about energy, meditation, and simple practices to bring more peace, clarity, and healing into their life. No prior experience is needed, just an open heart.
**Healing Society exists to guide individuals in recognizing their inherent divinity and place within the universe. We provide a safe and supportive space for healing, empowerment, and personal growth. Our mission is to help every member embrace their true potential, live joyfully, and become the change they wish to see in the world.
This is a meeting of friends and a beautiful tribe who support and empower each other. All are welcome to come and enjoy connection, shared knowledge and wisdom, and healing.
I will share spiritual practices and talk about the importance of mindfulness of the balance between your body, mind, and spirit. We will finish each meeting with a healing meditation.
Our meetings will not be formal in any way, so please come as you are and be ready to receive.
My hope is that each member of the Healing Society tribe would feel connected, safe, and empowered through our time together. That each person would allow themselves to surrender to the process of healing and ascension. That all would leave feeling lighter and their vibration significantly higher.
If something inside you is telling you to come, then listen to that voice! You do not have to go through your spiritual awakening alone. We all need community, but it is not always easy to find one you feel connected with, or safe to be vulnerable in.
I am beyond excited to connect with you, to teach you, to learn from you, and to love you.
