Community Health Improvement Planning Meeting for St. Lucie

We need you! Join us to develop the new Community Health Improvement Plan for 2026-2030!

The strategic priorities identified by the community are:
* Mental and Behavioral Health, including substance misuse
* Chronic Disease Prevention
* Health Literacy
Together we will identify existing resources and partners, explore root causes and how to measure progress, as well as find the best strategies to move the needle in these areas.

Collaboration is the key to success and impact of the plan to build a culture of health in St. Lucie County.
