Celebrate Thanksgiving at Silver King with a special three-course holiday menu crafted by Chef Zachary Geerson. This exclusive dining experience will replace our regular menu and Chef’s Tasting Menu for the day, offering guests a festive take on the holiday’s classic flavors!
**First Course (choice of)**
• Loaded Mashed Potato Croquettes with Bacon, Charred Scallions, Aged Cheddar, and Crème Fraîche–Onion Dip
• Butternut Squash Salad with Sage Derby Cheese, Baby Arugula, Pomegranate Seeds, Pepitas, and Brown Butter Vinaigrette
• Truffle Brie & Broccoli Soup with Roasted Broccoli, Whipped Brie, and Pesto Crostini
