Join us for a Free Introductory Qigong class designed specifically for kids ages 6-12.
This fun, engaging practice helps children discover the power of their own body-mind-energy connection through gentle, flowing movements, and calm breathing exercises.
Your child will learn about Qigong and their own energy in a playful and age-appropriate way.
We'll explore through simple, imaginative exercises to improve coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Working with animals such as Eagle, Bear, Crane, and Tiger, teach different qualities like strength, grace, and calmness.
Through activities like "Balloon Breath" and "Ocean Breath," children will learn to use their breath to find focus and manage their feelings.

This class is more than just exercise; it's a foundation for lifelong well-being. By combining gentle movement with imaginative play and mindfulness, your child will build self-confidence, enhance their concentration, and develop a toolkit for calmness that they can use in their daily lives.
No experience is necessary. All that is needed is a willingness to play and an open mind.
Note: In January 2026 our 6 week sessions will begin with Rev. Maribel Figueroa. This first class in December is a free intro and orientation. For younger students parental participation is required.
