Fort Myers, FL - Dysautonomia Awareness Month Fundraiser & Community Meetup

Dysautonomia International volunteers invite you to join us on October 18th at 4:00pm for a community celebration for Dysautonomia Awareness Month!

When: Saturday, October 18, 4:00PM

Where: Panera Bread, 5037 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907

Volunteer Host: Karin Stricklind & Kayleigh Nix (Description: Two females - one in a compact power chair with a small brussels griffon service dog, the other in a purple manual chair with a large golden retriever service dog.)

Even better, Panera will be donating 20% of sales throughout the day to Dysautonomia International. Use code FUND4U at panerabread.com, in the Panera App, or at the kiosk in-cafe. Or, you can show the flyer in the discussion thread of this event to your cashier to ensure Dysautonomia International gets a portion of the sales donated.

Meetups are a great way to get to know other members of the dysautonomia community, swap tips, share insight on local providers and connect with people who "get it".
