When developing new products and services, healthcare professionals must have a comprehensive understanding of their consumers—their needs, values, and communication preferences. Accordingly, a well-thought-out marketing strategy is vital to the success of your organization. To stay competitive, the strategy must continuously measure effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments. In an era when trust in healthcare is wavering, it’s more critical than ever that healthcare organizations possess marketing savvy and be able to make the case internally and externally for any new product or service.
