Sid Harden - "The Old Federal Road"

SAVE THE DATE: Sid Harden, a local historian, will be speaking at the Fort Mitchell Historic Site on MARCH 15th. It will begin at 2:30 Eastern in the Visitor Center.
He will tell the story of the Old Federal Road which was begun in 1805 on Creek Indian trails. The road eventually connected Washington DC with New Orleans during the War of 1812, passing through where our park is today. Everyone is invited. If you have questions, please call 706-577-3327.
