Friday Night Lights

Meet at the St Anne School parking lot at 7pm. Someone requested the group to head up to Timberlea and I said why not!!
I am not very familiar with this area so I recruited Judith Kovacs to help me co-host the event!
We will be running the Birchwood trails, single track, pavement and gravel! Not a very intense run, between 10-13k.
I had a lot of new faces last week and I hope to see more new faces this week. Come out and enjoy our social pace run.
