Fireside Sips & Supper

Join us for our very first 4-course culinary experience, expertly paired with a selection of bourbons.

Fireside Sips & Supper will be held at Pershing Community Center.

Each course is designed to enhance the unique flavor profiles of the carefully chosen bourbon expressions.

Courses:
• 1st Course: Individual Charcuterie Board
• 2nd Course: Garden Spring Mix Salad with Dressing
• 3rd Course: Beef Wellington or Chicken Marsala, Baked Potato with toppings, Biscayne Vegetables, Rolls & butter.
• 4th Course: Lava Cake
