Sound Bath Ceremony with Breath Work

You will be led into a state of deep relaxation with calming breath work and meditation followed by sounds from the gong crystal bowls flute and Shamanic drum. Throughout this workshop you’ll be able to clear your mind to get present allowing yourself to come into a fully relaxed state of being.
