Soulful Sunday: Yoga, Breathwork, and Reiki

Join us for an intentional, soul-soothing evening of connection, calm, and community at the beautiful North Beach Hotel (@northbeachvillageresort) in partnership with Astory Communications (@astorycoms). This is your invitation to relax as the sun sets as we flow with an all-levels rejuvenating flow (no experience necessary) and experience a slow, down-tempo breathwork and Reiki-infused meditation designed to quiet the mind and gently release the constant engagement we live in.

What to Expect

4:00–4:10 PM | Arrivals + Wellness Social

4:10–4:45 PM | Rejuvenating Yoga Flow

Connect your body to breath as you move to your own rhythm and quiet the mind with a gentle flow led by Rachel Farmer (@rachelfarmerwellness). Breathe with more ease, release the day before, and find your flow as you come back home to yourself.

4:45-5:30 PM | Breathwork and Reiki-infused Meditation

Soften into a slow-paced breathwork and Reiki-infused meditation led by Olivia Sierra (@awakeandaligned_).This practice invites the body into a state of ease, spaciousness, and soft bliss through intentional slowing and subtle energetic attunement. Participants can expect to feel lighter, centered, and deeply reset, as if their inner world finally exhaled. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of grounding and a peaceful charge to carry into the week ahead.

What to Bring

● Yoga mat or towel to lie on

● Optional: eye mask, blanket, water, or any items to make your space cozy

● Yourself, exactly as you are
