Join Michelle in our MahaKula Room @anuttarafl for a personalized and interactive workshop where we will discuss, explore and demonstrate different ways to access Hatha based postures. Michelle will offer gentle touch assist when appropriate so the practitioner can feel into new depths of their alignment.
