FULL MOON RISING OCEANSIDE KUNDALINI & SOUND BATH

✩ Upon arrival at the check-in station, receive a handwoven bracelet to set a heartfelt intention.

✩ Delight in breathtaking ocean views, a Full Moon rising over the sea, and the refreshing sea breeze.

✩ Participate in transformative Kundalini Yoga featuring dynamic movements and breathwork.

✩ Rejuvenate with a soothing crystal singing bowls session under the stars.

✩ Immerse yourself in enchanting music, mantras, and sing-along songs.

✩ Let go of what no longer serves you with a ritual release at the shore, as you bask in the moon rays shimmering over the ocean.

🔸 It’s Friday night! Gather your friends, prepare a picnic, and after class, relish a moonlit evening by the sea. Or head to one of the oceanside restaurants. Complimentary all-night parking options (details provided below).

The instructor will demonstrate movements and provide verbal guidance, supported by a high-quality audio system, ensuring that everyone can follow along with ease.. This class is open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING?

BYO a large beach towel or blanket for better coverage on the sand. *No yoga mat is necessary.*

It can get chilly on the beach at night, so bring layers or cover-ups.

A bag is essential to keep your belongings from getting lost in the sand.

We will provide lights on the beach during the event.

If you plan to stay afterward, feel free to bring your own light or simply enjoy the moonlight.
