The night begins in a cozy candle lit room, where you drop into your own sacred space. Samantha will guide you through a gentle, meditative Yin Yoga Practice while Rich baths us in the healing frequencies of the Gong and crystal bowls. This combination is the perfect foundation to allow yourself to journey inwards and really surrender. Once the practice is complete, we melt into an extended savasana with Deep hits from the gong.
Let yourself be transported into cosmic bliss and come back to your natural state of BEing.
Yin Yoga is a practice for everyBODY. We move very slowly, and the whole practice is done on the floor. There is no muscle engagement, and the holds are longer giving time and space to move past the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues, and into the fascia. This is where the deeper release, and some would say the magic happens. You don't need anything but yourself, come as you are- Whole, Divine, and Perfect.
