FIRST DAY HIKE! At Schoharie Crossing

Welcome 2026 with a FIRST DAY HIKE at Schoharie Crossing State Historic Site!
Join in the fun as we take this walk along the old canal. Let's meet up at the Visitor Center for check in, then hike down to Empire Lock before returning for marshmallow roasting and cheer!

Please dress for the weather. Heavy rain/snow/ice may postpone or cancel this event.
