Women's Equality Day Celebration

Women’s Equality Day commemorates the 1920 ratification of the 19th Amendment, which ensures that neither the states nor the federal government can deny the right to vote on the basis of sex.

For over a century, women’s voices and votes have shaped our nation. As we honor those hard-won victories, we also turn our eyes to the road ahead. The fight for equality is far from over, and we refuse to be dragged backwards.
