Vagus Fest: An event to learn how to relax and laugh

Vagus Fest is: to help build community relationships and assist people to self-manage anxiety. We plan to teach about the Vagus nerve, then offer a hands-on experience for people to feel a more parasympathetic state. This is a way for a functional medicine provider and yoga teacher to give back to the community. We will give people skills you can take home and use on your own as well.
