Thursday Morning Mountain Madness
Thursday Morning Mountain Madness is winding down. The plan for this week is to do a downhill effort to season the quads. There is some risk in running hard downhill, so be sure to not hurt yourself. If you have not been running hilly terrain, you should refrain from going full gas.

The plan is to run up Towers at a conversational pace and let her rip on the downhill. Since I am recovering from a hip injury, I will be doing conversational the whole way.
