The Alchemy of Rage

We all carry a part of ourselves that is f*cking pissed. Rage shows up when we’ve cared so deeply, held so much, or swallowed down what needed to be expressed—until the fire inside demands a way out. But rage is not just destruction—it’s truth-telling, it’s clarity, it’s power. What if we could listen to it? What if rage could show us what we value most, and where our energy longs to create?

In this class, we’ll move into the wisdom of rage through somatic movement practices and sensory mapping, creating a safe ceremonial space to honor and transform it. Nothing forced, nothing unsafe—just a real, embodied exploration of where you are and what is present. Together, we’ll shift, release, and reclaim rage as a creative life force—a Phoenix rising from the fire.

The soundtrack? Pure Gen X energy—rock, punk, and primal drums to fuel the ride.
