We’ll explore what’s really happening in your body when you feel triggered or shutdown, how to recognize your body’s cues for safety, connection, and somatic practices to regulate in real time.
A few attendees will have the chance to “lend their nervous system” for gentle, supportive demonstrations of somatic work in action.
